Following the huge success of its 50th Anniversary Planar 3 turntable, and constant requests for more, Rega has brought out a new premium edition of the legendary Rega Planar 3 – this time a souped up RS Edition!

For the first time, this Planar 3 has been manufactured using a special High Pressure Laminate (usually reserved for Planar 6, 8 and 10) to improve rigidity over the standard model. It’s the stiffest plinth Planar 3 has ever had and has a stunning real brushed aluminium satin finish, edged with a contrasting high gloss black. It looks sensational.

Planar 3 RS Edition (Rega Special) is also supplied with a hand tuned Neo PSU MK2 power supply and factory fitted brand new, award winning Nd5 moving magnet cartridge on RB330 tonearm, reference EBLT drive belt and  smoked dustcover to create the ultimate Planar 3 package at a superb package price – just £999, saving £156 on the sum of the individual components.
